Your initial inquiry will be talked through with you by one of our expert team, and you will then be allocated a designated event co-ordinator who will become your personal point of contact throughout the planning process.
This person will be at your disposal and will be a conduit for liaising and organising with any additional third party suppliers you may require – whether that be marketing your event or providing security.
Their hands-on approach means they become your eyes and ears here at the venue and will work on your behalf to ensure every minute detail is thought through.
Our maintenance and operations teams have been part of the Peterborough Arena venue for many years and take great pride in ensuring the entire site looks in pristine condition, at its best, 365 days a year.
This support team includes qualified engineers who will be able to guarantee a smooth-running event on the day itself with technical resource to handle any queries that may unexpectedly spring up.
