Designated team

Peterborough Arena has a dedicated events team – expert staff who will talk you through your initial inquiry and once a booking has been made, will hand you to  a designated event co-ordinator who will become your personal point of contact throughout the planning process.

This person will be at your disposal and will be a conduit for liaising and organising with any additional third party suppliers you may require.

Their hands-on attitude means they become your eyes and ears here at the venue and will work on your behalf to ensure every minute detail is thought through.

Our maintenance and operations teams have been part of the Peterborough Arena venue for many years and take great pride in ensuring the entire site looks in pristine condition, at its best, 365 days a year.

This support team includes qualified engineers who will be able to guarantee a smooth-running event on the day itself with technical resource to handle any queries that may unexpectedly spring up.

Nothing is left to chance – your event is as important to you as it is to us – our designated team will work tirelessly to ensure it is what you expect, and more!

Our event was extremely successful. We were delighted with the service we received from the staff at Peterborough Arena. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done very efficiently and without any dramas. We've had some very positive responses from the delegates and they loved the food, incuding the dinner, and especially the hot buffet lunch! Again, thanks for all your help. We will definitely be coming back again soon!
